I was wondering about the whys of the brutalities and atrocities of Boko Haram, when I stumbled on worse crimes committed by the so called ISIS in Iraq and Syria. Boko Haram members must have been schooled by the likes of ISIS for they go by the same signature. I have also learned that those who supported ISIS on the onset are now dissociating themselves from them after seeing how much destruction and damage they rain, not only on the people but also on their holy places. ISIS is also abducting women as sex slaves, and young boys as employees, and many young boys and men are flocking to join them because they are paid to fight.

It is doubtful if Boko Haram pays their own abductees. This is why these insurgents should not be taken for granted. They must be stopped immediately, anytime and anywhere they rear their heads. Thy should not be allowed to spread. The similarities between Boko Haram and ISIS are too much to be overlooked. This is also why I have recently started calling on all Nigerians to unite and root them out. They have even become a danger for those same people that created and supports them. By now, I am sure these supporters can now see that the monster they created is not the answer to their problem, have never been, and will never be.

Boko Haram is simply a very unsavory chapter in the lives of the Nigerians, and a chapter we all want to forget. The only way to forget this bad dream is to destroy it, and root it out completely.
