Finally, we are beginning to hear belated but few discords from the nation of Islam against the butchery of ISIS in Iraq and Syria. Muslims in Nigeria have not made any attempt to criticize the murderous Boko Haram. The only discordant voice was suspect. He is believed to have done it for political reasons.

I said it yesterday. Boko Haram was making an empty brag when they claimed to have formed a Caliphate in the North east of Nigeria. I am surprised that their bleary eyed leader Abubakar Shekau has not declared himself the Caliph. That will probably be his next move. No country, in these modern terms will stand by and watch a gang of brigands take over any part of their country, and brag about it. The clock is ticking for this group, and no matter what they claim or do, they will soon meet their waterloo.

The two dissenting voices from the Muslim world we heard recently, the first, the Grand Mufti of Egypt, Shawki Allam, top Islamic authority, said to be revered world-wide, wants the world to stop calling ISIS Islamic warriors, to call them instead, al-Qaida Separatists. The second, King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia wants us to separate Islam from the Muslim world, whatever that means. I disagree with both of them! These murderers, whether in Iraq, Syria, or Nigeria are out-shoots of Islam. They fight, kill and destroy in the name of Islam. Islam and all the adherents of Islam must take full responsibility for the actions of these groups.
